If you have decided you'd like to return, you have 14 days from the date you received your order. If your package is sent to a parcel shop, the 14-day period applies from the day your package is available for pickup.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Fill out the requested information on the return form included in the bag with your order. Please indicate which item(s) you would like to return.
2. All orders are shipped in environmentally friendly shipping bags made of recycled plastic. Please reuse the shipping bag when returning your order.
3. There are two options for handing over your return to Kokoon: Drop by the Kokoon store at Gl. Kongevej 86C, Frederiksberg during opening hours or drop-off at your nearest parcel shop.
You are free to use your preferred shipping company, but we recommend using GLS as you can choose business parcel delivery, which means the parcel will arrive to Kokoon during opening hours and at our address.
You can find more info on how sent a parcel and find your nearest parcel shop at GLS – just choose your country and GLS will guide you through. Regardless of which shipping company you use, make sure always to choose business parcel delivery and not to a parcel shop, as we are unable to pick it up and the parcel will be returned to sender.
The garment is your responsibility until handed over to Kokoon, so make sure it’s packed properly and can’t be damaged on the way back to us.
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.
Your refund will be returned to the payment card used for the purchase.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered, and with tags still attached.
We reserve the right to dismiss a return if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way. As an alternative to a full refund, we may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly - So, treat your items with care. You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for any of these reasons.
If you wish to exchange an item, simply return your purchase, and buy a new item separately.
