STORE CLOSURE 18th JUNE 2025

As we prepare to close both our store and webshop in 18th of June, we want to make sure you have all the practical information you need. Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions. We’ll share the exact closing date as soon as it’s confirmed.

Q: I have a gift card – what should I do?

Please make sure to use your gift card before we close. Gift cards (both for the Kokoon store and webshop) must be used before our final closing date. We are unfortunately not able to offer refunds for unused gift cards.

Q: What if I have a question or a claim after the closure?

Our email info@kokoon.dk will remain open after closure for any inquiries related to existing orders or product claims.

Please note: We will not be able to answer general questions about future collections, restocks, or reopening. All future updates will be communicated via our newsletter and social media, so make sure to subscribe and follow us for news.

Q: Where do I return an order after the store/webshop closes?

Orders can be returned to our store at Gl. Kongevej 86C until June 15th. 

Any returns sent later than June 15th, must be returned to:

Important:

We will not be able to receive any return parcels after July 2nd. If you need to return something later than July 2nd, please contact us at info@kokoon.dk first.

Kokoon do not guarantee that the information provided on the website is complete, accurate or up to date. Although we endeavour to provide correct information regarding colours, pictures, texts, prices and warehouse stock, inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions can occur. In the case of incorrect prices or available stock we will give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Kokoon reserves the right to change the content and information provided on the website at any time.

Kokoon will not be liable for any indirect or direct damages, including lost profits, resulting from the information in this webshop or otherwise connected to the webshop. This also applies to all websites, which we link to. Kokoon is not responsible for the content of these external websites. We cannot be held responsible for the website being temporarily unavailable, but we make every effort to secure access to the website.

PRIVACY POLICY

To optimize the design of the webshop and track preferences we use cookies, which are not connected to personal data. Kokoon only stores personal data which has been provided by yourself, e.g. for shopping at our webshop or by signing up for our newsletter. Kokoon knows and respects the importance of privacy online. We guarantee that information regarding our customers is never shared with a third party unless it’s necessary to complete a transaction. Kokoon doesn’t sell your name, postal address, email, credit card information or personal data to any third party without your previous consensus. You can at any time end the subscription to our newsletter by sending an email to info@kokoon.dk

ORDERS

Orders can be placed on the webshop and are not binding until Kokoon has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Once you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 3 business days.. We operate Monday to Friday except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you promptly. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.

When you place an order, all data is encoded to and from the website by SSL (Secure Socet Layers).

Gift wrapping isn’t possible for sale orders.


PAYMENT & SHIPPING

You can pay online with ePay. If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. For all countries outside the EU and USA local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping costs will be added to your order and indicated prior to final payment. Please refer to Payment & Shipping for some general rates. All our shipments are sent by GLS from our warehouses in Denmark. The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days to EU-countries and the USA and 4-8 business days to all other countries. Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative. In addition Kokoon reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.


GUARANTEE

All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain regarding a purchase. This does not cover defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.

LAW

Any disputes relating to these terms of use shall be settled according to Danish law by Danish courts. There might apply additional legal requirements for you dependent on the laws of your country. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when using this website and/or placing an order from this website. Kokoon reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We therefore recommend you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

In case you wish to make a complaint about goods purchased from Kokoon, please contact our Customer Service. You can contact our Customer Service by phone or email.

You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via forbrug.dk.

You can also use the European Commission’s online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country. When submitting the complaint, state our email address info@kokoon.com.

In case we fail to reach a settlement through the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, you will have access to submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
